Meet Our Judges

Narissa Wescott is a professional dancer, choreographer, and educator with a BA in Dance from DeSales University in 2008 and trained at The University of the Arts from 2004-2006. Narissa also earned a level I & II Teaching Certification in Dance (K-12) and a Masters in Education from Temple University. She is the dance director at Renaissance Charter Academy School in Phoenixville, PA and has been an instructor/choreographer at various studios, along with teaching master classes, workshops, and summer dance intensives throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Narissa has been a member of CoExist Dance Company, Fight Vixens Dance Team, and performed for five years with Philadelphia's jazz dance company, Project Moshen Dance Company, as well as a member of the Lehigh Valley Dance Exchange. Narissa has taught in the Philadelphia district and at Arts Academy Charter Middle School in Allentown, PA. She has also been the Dance Advisor for Rêve Dance Company at Penn State. Narissa has performed, taught, and continued her training in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil and Daytona, Florida with Surfscape Dance Theatre, along with attending the Dance Teacher Summit in NYC. Narissa has also been a Pro dancer with “Dancing with our Future Stars”, an event raising money for Independent Mission schools in Philadelphia. Not only is Narissa continuing to teach and choreograph, but also she is an adjudicator for various dance competitions such as New York State Dance Challenge, Elevate Dance Competition, True Dance Challenge, The Road to Broadway Dance Competition, and DreamMaker National Talent Competition, where she was on “Dance Moms” Season 8 Episode 7. Lastly, Narissa is the founder/artistic director and choreographer of Artistic Edge Dance Company, a versatile, professional dance company and she is the founder/director of Dance the Edge Dance Competition. Narissa is very passionate about her career and continuing the next generation of dancers in the dance community!

Becca Mann is a native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who found her passion for dance at the age of 16 when she began training under the direction of Scott Jovovich and Liz Jovovich at Jovo Dance.

She continued her dance education at DeSales University, where she earned degrees in both Dance and Business. During her time there, she had the privilege to train under Trinette Singleton, Tim Cowart, Angela Grossman, and Julia Mayo. Becca also had the opportunity to perform works by renowned artists, including Jeff Shade, Jessica Chen, Michio Ito (staged by Kumiko and Imura), Paul Ocampo, and Doris Humphrey (staged by Dr. Jessica Van Oort).

Since graduating, she has performed professionally with the J CHEN PROJECT and eSKay Arts Collective, contemporary dance companies based in New York City. She is currently a dance teacher and choreographer with over 10 years of experience and believes in fostering both artistry and confidence in every dancer she works with.

Jaclyn O’Rourke is a dynamic dance instructor, choreographer, and creative director with over 20 years of experience in the dance industry. A graduate of the University of the Arts with a BFA in Jazz Dance Performance, her extensive career has taken her from the studio to the stage. She has danced with ASH, under the direction of Braham Logan Crane, Michael Susten & Company, and has worked as a performer at Atlantic City’s Taj Mahal. A sought-after educator, Jaclyn has experience in teaching jazz, ballet, hip hop, & contemporary to both young students and adults. In addition to her extensive experience teaching in a studio setting, she has taught at renowned institutions like the University of the Arts, The Rock School, and Millennium Dance Complex in Philadelphia. Known for her eclectic and award-winning choreography, she blends traditional and contemporary dance styles, creating performances that captivate and inspire. Her choreography has been chosen to perform at Carnival Choreographer's Ball in NYC, NYC Jazz Choreography Enterprises, and on Boston University’s Dance Team. Whether working with students or professional dancers, her passion for movement and dedication to her craft shines through in every class and performance. Jaclyn continues to influence the dance world with her innovative approach to teaching and choreography, inspiring dancers to push the boundaries of their artistry
